ABOUT SHYLA HACALA
Founder of the RA|Method™
Shyla Hacala is a yoga therapist, educator, and counselling psychology graduate student whose work bridges nervous-system science, somatic awareness, and trauma-informed leadership.
She is the founder of the RA|Method™ (Resonant Alignment Method) — a framework for teaching, leading, and living from the nervous system out.
Through mentorship, teacher trainings, and retreats, Shyla helps others translate self-awareness into relational skill.
Over the past decade, I’ve taught movement, mentored teachers, led retreats, and supported wellness across both corporate and community settings.
What does resonance feel like in the body — and how can we lead from that place?
